The Animal Welfare Society of Howard County's mission is to provide a caring haven to animals in need that have been abused, neglected or abandoned. Our mission is to end the cycle of abuse and pet overpopulation through our low cost spay/neuter and education programs. We are committed to lasting relationships between people and pets though our adoption program. We further support that bond by offering veterinary care referrals as well as pet behavior and obedience programs.
